Your dedication to this program is overwhelming! Cheryl, Lynn and I are thrilled to be your instructors guiding you through such significant changes and we can already see major strength gains in every single one of you!
I CANNOT believe we are nearly at the end of Phase 1! This week is our last week for strength training and I would like for all of you to really look at your weight selection and reps and see if you can increase on one or both. Next week, we head into a much deserved recovery with cardio, yoga and abdominal training.
Set your calendars now for Saturday, February 26th. We'll repeat everyones body composition analysis and join Michele at 8am (right before our Intense Circuit Workout) for an in-depth discussion on interpreting your results! Just a sneak preview - in just four weeks, Nicole has lost 5 lbs of FAT! Just to bring that into perspective - 5 lbs of fat is roughly the same size as a long loaf of bread!! - Amazing Nicole!!
