Total Body Shred with Roger: Week 16

Well two good benchmarks this week. After a week off due to the stomach flu I was back – first Shred day was Lynn’s circuit and wow I was amazed at how much condition I had lost in just a week off. HOWEVER by Saturday I was also surprised that I had recovered strength as quickly as I did – perhaps when you exercise the level does not drop off that much in a week and you can recover faster. I hope so.

Second measurement came Sunday. The sporting clays course has two stations where you go up a flight of stairs, about 15 feet to shoot from a higher position. I was the first to climb the stairs, and I left the rest of my squad behind because I was up the on the deck before they made it half way – obviously all the cardio on the bench is working ! It felt good.

Since I did not keep down medication two weeks  ago, BUT  found my BP was still OK, I have been slowly adding back every two days one more supplement or vitamin. So far without the BP medication I am staying in the green zone for BP !
